Monthly Reporting Each month you will receive an Executive Report with detailed network health information and a service report for your company. The following sections will be included:
Each quarter a partner meeting with your Account Manager and Technical Account Manager will be held to create, review, and further business strategies, initiatives, and requirements. Part of this will be to define and document the IT vision and mission statement, identify breakthrough objectives, and to identify key critical success factors, obstacles, and constraints. Budget allocation and cost-containment strategies will be reviewed to balance optimum IT efficiency with maximum business success. The continuous goal is to formulate and align IT with your business.
