Preventive maintenance activity includes spyware deletion, temporary file deletion, anti-virus signature updating, patch assessment, and SMART checks (hard drive viability).

Security and Patch Management

Every week a scan to the entire network is completed for missing security patches which are then downloaded, packaged according to each machine configuration and delivered. As part of the patch management process we have a security team in place that provides a whitelist/blacklist service for all Microsoft patches and updates.
